Week Four: We build self acceptance and self compassion

  • We overcome fear and build our future from our desires not old past patterns.

  • We shift into the truth of our worth and value.

  • We connect to practices that free us and support us in being our authentic selves.

Week Five: Embrace who we truly are: Owning our true worth and value.

  • We divorce ourselves from the old painful patterns of the past.

  • We gain clarity for stepping forward into new more live-giving patterns.

Week six: Facing fears and disappointments with equanimity.

  • We consider set backs and breakdowns as an essential part of the growth process.

  • We continue to evolve beyond old trouble spots by applying the material to our real life let downs, disappointments, or challenges.

  • We strengthen our ability to shift out of fears and into an empowered place of wholeness.

Week Seven: Outgrow negative self talk.

  • We tackle negative self talk, what drives it, and how to move beyond it.

  • We connect to a clear vision for being effective without self criticism.

  • We have a commitment ceremony to promote self-forgiveness and self-respect moving forward.

Week Eight: Staying in Integrity. Becoming our own champion.

  • We create a plan for staying true to ourselves, on track and in integrity.

  • We discover how authentic self expression is a source of safety in relationships.

  • We celebrate our expansion and time together with fun a closing circle!

Expand calm and confidence through the power of connections.

Week One: We get established.

  • We get oriented to the group and one another through setting up agreements and sharing.

  • We discuss what we’ve learned about love and create a roadmap for experiencing love more deeply.

  • We set inspiring intentions that shine bright and guide us forward.

Week Two: We connect with the love within and around us.

  • We establish clear self love guideposts

  • We identify blocks to feeling love.

  • We deepen our capacity to connect to love and receive love

Week Three: We come home to ourselves and generate security from within.

  • We learn to face our fears and create internal or psychological safety.

  • We understand the life changing impact of meeting our healthy adult needs.

  • We reclaim our energy with the power of emotional boundaries (not taking on responsibility for other people’s emotions).
