This agreement is between Lori Frison (coach) and below named client and covers all private coaching sessions, which are typically 60 minutes long.

The fee to purchase individual sessions is $250 per session. If a client chooses they can purchase a package of 6 sessions for a reduced rate of $1250 paid in full before services are rendered. This package includes support in between sessions by text or email (within business hours) as well as occasional availability for short (10-15 minute) phone calls if needed as long as the client is actively working with the coach.

Lori Frison will provide coaching in person or on a secure Zoom platform. Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client for the benefit of the client.  It is not advice, therapy, or counseling and does not address mental disorders as defined by the APA.  It may address a range of issues including specific personal projects, goals, relationships, business projects, life enrichment, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.  The client remains responsible for his or her choices and wellbeing at all times.  The client also understands that coaching works best when there is honest and open communication and feedback.  Please allow adequate time and energy for full participation in sessions and for activities outside of sessions to gain maximum benefits.

The client's commitment is essential for success. The more dedicated a client is the more value they will receive and the better results they will see. If problems arise during the course of a coaching program, these can be addressed directly with Lori Frison. Solutions will be found and challenges will be worked through.

Coach and client agree to allow 24 hour notice for session cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments with no communication will result in a full charge for the session or a reduction of one session from the package.  Coach and client agree to show up on time for appointments and be in a quiet place for privacy and focus.

Lori Frison reserves the right to remove the client from a program due to breach of this contract or other inappropriate actions or behaviors. This is at the discretion of Lori Frison.

The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.  Please be aware the coach-client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship so communications are not subject to the protections of any legally recognized privilege.  The coach is obligated to disclose illegal activity and if the client or another is at high risk of danger or harm.

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to allow the coaching relationship be powerful one. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, it’s most effective when the client communicates that belief to the coach. The coach welcomes this conversation as the coach is invested in the client’s success.

LF Coaching LLC and/or Lori Frison have no liability beyond the terms of this agreement.
